I have been studying this issue for years. The most recent account I have seen regarding live MIA&#39;s was an article concerning William Milliner.

today.

As far as I know the front is the POW/MIA logo.

    This coin is for a Vietnam Vet who is a friend of mine. He lost is coin while on a motorcycle rally ride. It was given to him when his closest friend from
the war passed away. Yes, the man who passed away several years ago was a POW. Any help on where I can find another coin like this would be welcomed.

Twenty-two men of the 5th U.S. Colored Cavalry have been listed as MIA since they were attacked by guerrillas 25 January 1865.  Contemperary accounts state the loss of at least this many men.  A later newspaper article states nineteen were buried in a &quot;long mass grave&quot;.
